Whether you’re a player eager to hit the pitch, a devoted fan ready to cheer on your team, you’ve come to the right place! Our FAQ section is designed to help you navigate through the tournament smoothly, providing you with all the essential information and answers to your most pressing questions.

Here, we cover everything from booking details, tournament schedules, venue information and much more. Our goal is to ensure that your experience at Prague’s Barrel is not just thrilling but also as hassle-free as possible.

All the stated prices are per person.

To confirm your team's registration into the tournament you are paying 500 EUR deposit to our account. Then you are paying the total price for all players. We will keep the deposit during the tournament in case anything happens and if everything is okay we are sending it back to your account right after the tournament ends.

That depends on the system but usually you are playing 3 matches each day (Friday and Saturday), even if you lose everything the first day, you are still playing for the final result and you are getting a prize during the final ceremony on Saturday.

During the official tournament activities yes. We are welcoming you with a fresh beer at the airport, then you have open tap beer at the welcoming dinner. You can grab beer all the time at the sports facility and during the boat cruise. The same at the final ceremony on Saturday. We are serving different kinds of Czech beer, so you can taste different brands.

You don’t need to, just tell your fairy beer mother your chosen hotel and type of rooms you need and she takes care of that!

You want more days to explore the city? No problem! Just ask your fairy beer mother to extend your stay. The price for each extra night is stated in the price list.

Of course, the price of the tournament also contains transportation from and to the airport/train/bus station for the biggest part of the group. So if your team splits for two parts, we can order a transport for the second group as well but for an additional fee.

We are playing at ABC Braník field, address: Za Mlýnem 1774, Prague 4. For your maximum comfort we arrange the shuttle between your hotel and your battle field. :) Just be ready at the right moment at your hop-on spot. Find the schedule of your pickup on the board, WhatsApp channel or simply ask your hostess.

We are playing on both natural and synthetic grass pitches so take shoes for both types. In case we use only one type of grass, we will let you know in the bulletin 14 days before the tournament.

First dinner is held in the art nouveau restaurant Obecní dům which is in the city center, so all of you living in the hotels in the center, you can easily walk there. Teams in the hotels outside of the city center, we will provide tickets for public transport. The same is with the boat. Final ceremony is a bit further away so we are having our own tram coming from the stations near to the hotels taking you to the club, where the last party is.

Yes, you can! If you are part of Prague’s Barrel family (4th participation on), each member of your team gets 20€ off. If you are a captain of a large team with 21+ participants, you’ll get a discount of 50 %. If you are a super captain juggling 35+ chaps at the same time, you become our distinguished guest. :) Just be aware that discounts are not cumulative.

All the time you can see the list of enrolled teams on our web. We are sending a detailed bulletin to the team captains 14 days before the tournament. You can also find it on our website. During the tournament you can find information on our website, social media (Instagram, Facebook) or WhatsApp channel made specially for the tournament. Of course everything is also visibly shown on the board at the field, during the evening programme and for sure, your team hostess knows everything. :)

It might happen that you won't get enough players or they will be injured. Every time please let us know as soon as possible. Then we are proceeding with the payment according to our cancellation policy:

  • more than 90 days before the tournament: 0%
  • from 90 – 50 days before the tournament: according to cancellation policy of chosen hotel with minimum of 50%
  • less than 50 before the tournament: 100%
  • on the tournament: 100% of estimated price for confirmed number of participants

Yes, that is possible, in that case you are paying a lower price for the tournament, meals, transport etc. Please contact your fairy beer mother for the current price. Please make sure your accommodation is close to our hop-on spots so you don’t deprive yourself of the opportunity to use our shuttle between the hotel and the sports facility.
